My background is in Psychology. I pursued my B.Sc. in Psychology in Germany and obtained my M.Sc. in Work and Organisational Psychology in the Netherlands. Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, I worked as an in-house recruiter and consultant in Germany. Last year, I relocated to Ireland from Germany so I have first hand experience in the relocation process, since then I have supported several candidates in their relocation journey.
