Position Overview
As Manager of FP&A and Financial Reporting you will play a pivotal role in overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis for the organization. This role combines leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on responsibilities to ensure the financial health and operational success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
- Manage the month-end closing process, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth reporting.
- Consolidate financial results across the group.
- Prepare monthly executive reporting packages, including financial results, KPIs, business trend analysis, budget variances, and insightful commentary.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls.
- Lead and mentor a team member to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, and corporate accounting.
- Experience working within larger organizations is essential.
- Tech-savvy, with knowledge of tools like SQL, Power BI, and AI-based reporting systems.
