Position Overview

As Manager of FP&A and Financial Reporting you will play a pivotal role in overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis for the organization. This role combines leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on responsibilities to ensure the financial health and operational success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
• Manage the month-end closing process, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth reporting.
• Consolidate financial results across the group.
• Prepare monthly executive reporting packages, including financial results, KPIs, business trend analysis, budget variances, and insightful commentary.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls.
• Lead and mentor a team member to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, and corporate accounting.
• Experience working within larger organizations is essential.
• Tech-savvy, with knowledge of tools like SQL, Power BI, and AI-based reporting systems.
