Junior Reliability Engineer

Cork

A leading global food manufacturer are seeking a Junior Reliability Engineer to join their team in Cork.

Key Responsibilities:

BUDGET

• Provide guidelines of the maintenance budget for the evaluation of economic impacts.
• Benchmarking: performs the comparative analysis of the outcomes of maintenance methods

MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES

• Defines the guidelines for the maintenance methods and proposes
• Defines the methods of data collection and analysis necessary for the evaluation of maintenance
• procedures
• Makes a critical analysis and review of the maintenance manuals
• Defines and shares the methods of fault analysis in order to collect the data required for analysis

PLANNING INTERVENTIONS

• Developing medium-term plan
• Provides information about maintenance opportunities as a result of the data analysis e.g. PM's.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

• Collects, processes and shares maintenance practices available in and outside the company to
• be used during work
• Collects and analyzes performance data of the plants and performs analyses necessary to
• improve the system of indicators
• Defines performance indicators (KPI) for the maintenance

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma (level 8) or Degree qualified
• A minimum of 2 years' experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Analytical skills
• Hands-on approach, highly motivated and resilient.
