Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project in Finland. Your role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our international team, clients, and subcontractors to deliver a successful project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the construction project from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans as needed.
• Foster a positive and productive working environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, preferably internationally.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Finnish is an advantage.
