Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis on potential investment opportunities across various asset classes and industries.
- Evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and economic indicators to inform investment decisions.
- Collaborate with co-investors and management teams to assess acquisition targets and develop growth strategies.
- Prepare detailed investment proposals, financial models, and risk assessments for presentation to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of existing investments, identifying areas for optimisation and value creation.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, market developments, and industry news to anticipate potential impacts on investments.
- Communicate investment recommendations and insights effectively to internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Advanced degree or qualifications (MBA, CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
- At least 5 years' experience in financial analysis, investment research, or asset management, within a reputable investment firm.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent understanding of Asia financial markets, investment principles, and risk management strategies.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
