Software Engineer - Java

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Java applications with a strong emphasis on accuracy, reliability, and quality across various technical and functional projects.

• Collaborate with traders and operations to understand their requirements and develop tailored technical solutions, while working within a global team across multiple locations.

• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, from initial discussions to design, coding, testing, and deployment, while ensuring adherence to best practices through code and design reviews.

Skills Reqd.

• 5 years of practical experience in Java development, demonstrating significant technical expertise.

• Familiarity with areas such as equity swaps, securities lending, order management, inventory management, or trader tools, showcasing a broad understanding of financial systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective communication skills for collaborating with traders and various stakeholders.

• Proficient in English.
