Assistant Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking

Job responsibilities:

• Assist senior relationship managers in maintaining and expanding the current customer base, serving as a secondary point of contact for clients.
• Carry out daily customer transactions such as loan disbursement, FX/deposit quoting, generating reports, registering systems, and maintaining records.
• Aid in credit applications, periodic reviews, and other administrative tasks related to credit risk management for the portfolio in line with the Bank's policies.
• Facilitate a smooth end-to-end process for client onboarding and transaction execution.
• Help senior relationship managers in building relationships with corporate clients and internal product partners to boost efficiency in promoting FX, swaps, DCM, M&A, and other services.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• 1+ years of experience in ARM roles in corporate banks
• Customer-oriented mindset with sense of urgency
• Fluency in Chinese and English
• Team player with excellent communication skills
