Our client is an international insurer, with a strong presence globally and regionally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify opportunities for cloud platform adoption and implement strategies to promote its benefits across the organization.
- Liaise with users in local markets (including Japan) and respective technical support teams in Cloud Operation for cloud server operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting and ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English and Japanese to gather requirements,provide updates, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including system design, and user guides in both english and japanese
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as technical business analyst
- Language Skills: Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred) and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of major cloud platforms preferable in Azure and AWS cloud server operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and technical requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management
