Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CEO's schedule, including arranging appointments, travel itineraries, and meetings
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics for domestic and international trips
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives are preferred but NOT a MUST
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Background in hospitality are welcome
- Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
