QA Analyst - equity trading, 12 months contract

Responsibilities

• Assume a proactive testing role within the Equity Trading platform, reporting to the QA Manager, focusing on both functional and non-functional testing.

• Create and implement test cases for trading applications, specifically targeting Care and DMA workflows.

• Assess and communicate risks associated with each release cycle while aiding in pre-release testing effort estimations.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to comprehend business requirements and specifications, and promote enhancements in QA practices and processes.

Skills Reqd.

• Bachelor's degree in an IT / Computer Science.
• Expertise in QA testing - trading systems.

• Background in low latency, real-time trading technology and familiarity with the FIX protocol, especially in Asian capital markets and electronic trading.

• Proficient in testing front office trading applications, with strong knowledge of cash trading and the FIX protocol as key assets.

• Proficient in Reading & writing Chinese, English.
