Senior Business Analyst (renewable contract)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Analyze and document current and future business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
• Assist in creating business cases, reports, and presentations, providing analytical insights.
• Work with project managers, engineers, and QA teams to meet project objectives and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and support business users during User Acceptance Testing.
• Prepare user-friendly training materials for business users post-launch.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis, digital product management, or technology project management.
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technology terms and vice versa.
• Stay updated on new technologies and trends.
• Communicate fluently in both Chinese and English, both verbally and in writing.
