Job description:
Oversee and configure Intune/SCCM for managing endpoint devices, ensuring compliance and policy setup.
Drive down endpoint incidents and vulnerabilities while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide Tier 3 support by analyzing root causes and implementing permanent solutions, while assisting team members with endpoint projects and application deployment.
Requirments:
Over 5 years in IT engineering, specializing in endpoint and vulnerability management, with a successful history of delivering endpoint projects.
Proficient in Intune, SCCM, PowerShell, and application packaging and deployment, with experience in managing platforms beyond just infrastructure.
Strong planning, coordination, communication, and presentation abilities, with added experience in Windows Virtual Desktop, Azure DevOps, and automation considered a plus.
Candidates with less experience but with proven potential will also be considered for the Contract EUC Engineer position.
