About the Role:
We are partered with a Federal Government Department who are seeking a Change Manager to support with a transformaiton resulting in process, technology, and ways of working change. You must be a and Australian citizen or have Perminant Residency to apply. This opportuntiy is open to candidates Australia-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans
- Conduct change impact assessments, identifying key areas affected and tailoring interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to build awareness and readiness for the change process.
- Lead the design and delivery of targeted communications, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure alignment with project milestones and objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders and team members on best practices in change management.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Demonstrated experience in change management for complex transformation projects
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with experience in delivering clear, impactful messages at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with change management methodologies and tools, such as ADKAR, PROSCI, or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions.
