Accounts Assistant - Cork City

Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering with a Cork city based client in the recruitment for an Accounts Assistant. This position is a great opportunity for a detail orientate finance professional looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Processing of accounting transactions and invoices etc
• Supporting the preparation of final accounts
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Processing of client bank payments
• Prepare and file VAT returns to Revenue
• Assisting senior members of the team in terms of delivery of corporate transactions
• Ad-hoc work as required
• Client management

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Qualified Accounting technician desirable but not essential
• 1 year experience working in finance
• Ambitious & positive team player
• Good communication skills
