Grade III Clerical Officer (Healthcare)

Location: Glanmire (Not accessible by public transport)
Hours: 35 hours a week over 3 midweek shifts (8AM-8PM)
Salary: €16.32 per hour
Contract: This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extending as there is a long term post to be filled

Duties of this role:

• Administrative duties such as updating databases
• Managing the Hospital switch board
• Referral Letters
• Meeting and greeting patients and visitors
• Updating and manging medical files
• Sitting in on meetings and taking minutes
