Senior Parts Advisor
Are you experienced in parts management and passionate about delivering excellent service? We are seeking a Senior Parts Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify incoming shipments and ensure accurate allocation to correct locations.
- Follow up on short shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
- Supply parts to Service Technicians as needed.
- Manage inventory, invoicing, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ensure the parts area is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
- Assist with the preparation and management of merchandise displays.
Role Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Experience: Previous experience in parts management is essential, ideally in farm machinery.
- Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Occasional Saturday mornings (overtime may be required)
