Calling all experienced Service Desk Administrators!

I am working with a fantastic company based in Cork City who are in search of an enthusiastic and capable Service Desk Administrator to join their growing team.

Duration: Permanent Position

Salary: DOE

Location: Cork City

What will this role entail?

• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing clients
• Ensuring all maintenance and repairs are logged and booked in efficiently
• Managing a busy email inbox
• Answering phone calls from clients and engineers to ensure maximum efficiency of projects
• Finishing reports for projects and liaising with Accounts department regarding invoicing
• Working closely with other members of the team and management

What do you need to have?

• Previous experience working in a similar role is necessary for success in this role
• Highly organised
• Pay great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
