Technology & Innovation Associate Solicitor (0-3 Years PQE)

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious Technology & Innovation Associate Solicitor (0-3 years PQE) to join their dynamic team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to work with an impressive national and international client base spanning a diverse range of industries.
The Role
As part of the Technology & Innovation team, you will:
- Draft and advise on commercial contracts.
- Provide guidance on data protection law, including data protection policies, data subject rights, direct marketing, and ePrivacy compliance.
- Conduct IP and data protection due diligence as part of wider commercial transactions.
- Engage with emerging areas of law, such as AI and digital regulation.
- Work closely with high-profile clients across various sectors, delivering tailored, commercially focused advice.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience drafting and advising on commercial contracts.
- Knowledge of data protection law, including practical compliance advice.
- Familiarity with IP and data protection due diligence processes.
- A strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI and digital regulation.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills, coupled with sound commercial judgment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
