We are seeking ambitious Associates and Senior Associates to join our client's and one of Ireland's highly regarded and expanding Corporate/M&A Group.

Our client's Corporate/M&A Associates and Senior Associates are an integral part of their team, providing essential support across all aspects of corporate law.
Main Responsibilities
- Work as part of the core transaction team on domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate transactions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary and cross-border teams advising on various corporate transactions and investments
- Draft high-quality, clear, and concise legal agreements, including share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, shareholder and joint venture agreements, disclosure letters, corporate re-organization documents, and negotiate same
- Manage the completion of corporate transactions and investments
- For Senior Associates: supervise and mentor associates, solicitors, trainees, and paralegals
- Provide company law and other applicable legal advice to clients, with a practical, solution-focused approach that incorporates legal expertise and commercial judgment
- Build strong client relationships through effective client management, professionalism, and high service standards
- Participate in business development initiatives, attend networking and marketing events, and actively seek new work opportunities
- Effectively manage financial and risk management aspects of transactions
- For Senior Associates: oversee transaction/file management
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years' relevant PQE for Associates / approximately 6-7 years' relevant PQE for Senior Associates
- Strong academic credentials
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent analytical, research, and technical skills, with strong legal drafting ability
- Proactive, practical, solution-focused, and results-oriented approach
- Ability to manage matters independently or collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines, while staying calm and objective under pressure
- Commercially astute with a keen understanding of the market and key legal and business developments
- Active interest in business development, internal and external networking
- Awareness of risk and compliance issues
- Ambitious and growth-oriented mindset
- For Senior Associates: proven experience in transaction, file, and client management
