The Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with leadership teams to drive HR visibility, manage employee relations (ER), and lead on key projects in high-volume environments. You will be instrumental in promoting staff engagement, well-being, and gender pay reporting, whilst ensuring compliance and supporting staff development.
You will manage various stakeholders, tackle complex employee issues, and implement strategic HR initiatives across organisations with workforces ranging from 400 to 2,000 employees.
