Management Accountant
My client is looking for a skilled and proactive Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This role will be essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain and enhance accounting software systems to support business growth.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and senior leadership reports.
- Support the development and execution of financial policies and systems.
- Analyze financial performance, focusing on cost control and revenue integrity.
- Oversee revenue compliance, including tax-related matters (VAT, RCT, etc.).
- Play a key role in facilitating the annual audit process.
- Provide financial expertise and support on construction-specific issues.
- Assist with payroll processing and related financial tasks.
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team contributor.
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in the construction sector desirable
