Key Responsibilities
Project Management for Strategic Hiring Initiatives:
The successful candidate will own and manage critical projects, creating and maintaining project plans, producing status reports, and delivering executive presentations. Key areas of focus include:
- Interview Skilling:
- Schedule and track completion of interviewer training sessions.
- Measure training satisfaction and manage candidates from training to readiness.
- Interview Availability:
- Adopt a structured approach to identify and prepare internal interviewers across disciplines and levels.
- Ensure sufficient interviewers are available to meet weekly demand.
- Coordinate post-training interview shadowing with recruitment teams.
- Project Reporting:
- Collaborate with recruitment and hiring leads to develop and track OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
- Monitor scope, schedule, risks, costs, and overall performance metrics.
- Communication:
- Develop and deliver timely communication, including status updates, executive briefings, and site-wide announcements.
- Maintain content on internal platforms to support transparency and engagement.
- Onboarding:
- Partner with business managers to deliver monthly new hire orientations and enhance onboarding experiences.
- Governance:
- Manage risks, issues, and resolutions proactively.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment and equitable processes in hiring practices.
Metrics for Success:
- 80%+ of eligible interviewers trained.
- 100% fulfillment of weekly interview demand.
- Achievement of monthly offer and acceptance targets.
- Consistent improvement in onboarding feedback and experiences.
- Recognition programs to celebrate contributors and community impact.
Additional Projects:
- Support ad-hoc initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders to streamline operations and create scalable, repeatable processes.
