Senior Engineer - Facilities & Soft Services
We are seeking a Senior Engineer - Facilities & Soft Services to join our client's Engineering team in Dublin. This hands-on role involves managing service provider contracts, ensuring facilities meet GMP standards, and maintaining audit readiness. You'll work closely with stakeholders to optimise service delivery, oversee technical support for projects, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage GxP and non-GxP service provider contracts across facilities.
- Ensure facilities remain GMP-compliant, operational, and audit-ready.
- Oversee services including maintenance, cleaning, pest control, security, catering, and lab support.
- Provide technical oversight for site projects, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets, optimise service delivery, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, and corporate guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Level 8) in Science or Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance.
- Knowledge of GMP and safety regulations (advantageous).
- Skilled in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and lead effectively.
