Job Title: Talent Mobility Specialist
Location: Dublin office/ Hybrid
Job Overview: We are seeking a Talent Mobility Specialist to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that enhance the employee mobility experience. This position involves coordinating and supporting the relocation of employees, managing work permits and visa applications, and overseeing various mobility programs such as secondments and Erasmus schemes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global mobility policies, immigration laws, and the ability to provide comprehensive support to employees throughout the relocation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for employees, managing the end-to-end global mobility process, including relocation support, immigration compliance, and visa applications.
- Oversee secondments, Erasmus schemes, and internal mobility initiatives to support talent development.
- Provide guidance to employees and stakeholders on mobility policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as relocation service providers and government agencies.
- Support employees in the relocation process, assisting with accommodation, banking, healthcare setup, and other related matters.
- Update and align global mobility policies with business objectives and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of employee visas and work permits, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
- Conduct eligibility assessments for candidates requiring immigration or relocation support.
- Champion cultural integration within the organization, facilitating community connections and supporting new joiners through social and recreational activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing global mobility programs and assignments.
- Strong knowledge of global mobility policies, immigration laws, and international assignment processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in navigating complex assignments and working with governmental agencies.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.

This position reports to the Head of Talent Development.
