Credit Controller

A growing multinational with recent new business wins is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their Galway team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collections on overdue accounts via phone, email, and letter.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements directly with customers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions.
• Respond to and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Ensure all processes comply with company policies and regulations.

What You'll Need:

• APA certification desirable but not essential
• At least 3 years' experience in credit control/collections.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills with a strong phone manner.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
