About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will drive the operations and success of our corporate clients through a unique blend of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational duties to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, enhancing client satisfaction.
- Execute marketing campaigns, liaise with vendors, and account/project management for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives to foster growth opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain management information reports.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in project management or supervisory roles.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective operational strategies to drive business growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and deliver results on time.
- Demonstrates mobility, flexibility, creativity, teamwork, and independence.
- Contributes positively to a "can-do" office culture.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
