Lead the operations and marketing collaboration for the Rewards Program (the online benefits and voucher center embedded within the company), working closely with the company and key international merchant partners.
Design and implement innovative mechanisms to drive user activity, retention, and engagement within the Rewards Program, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices in customer loyalty and engagement.
Identify and pursue strategic marketing collaboration opportunities with the company, exploring ways to optimize cross-promotion, co-branding, and joint campaigns to drive user acquisition and usage.
Prospecting and pitching comprehensive co-branded marketing plans to external business partners, such as global tech giants (e.g., Google, Apple), to establish new marketing collaboration and revenue-sharing opportunities that benefit the Rewards Program.
Manage the profit and loss (P&L) of the Rewards Program, and develop strategic supply and inventory management plans for the voucher services offered.
Spearhead multinational projects and initiatives, coordinating with cross-border teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and achievement of business objectives.
Requirements:
7 years + of proven experience in online business growth, user acquisition, and digital marketing, preferably in the fintech, e-commerce, or loyalty/rewards industries.
Comprehensive capabilities in daily growth operations, including customer segmentation, campaign management, A/B testing, and integrated marketing strategy development.
Strong technical and data analysis skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform and optimize growth strategies.
Hands-on experience in digital content creation, e-commerce management, and online user engagement would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including merchants and partners. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
