About the role

Our client is a leading trading business focused on providing efficient logistics solutions and are now looking for a skilled Logistics & Operations Specialist to enhance the operations

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Book shipments for seafreight from Southeast Asia to China.
• Handle customs declarations and facilitate clearance processes.
• Address customer inquiries from China regarding shipments and logistics.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize logistics operations.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs regulations.
• Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
