About the role:

Our client is a prominent logistics provider specializing in innovative supply chain solutions and is now looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to manage sea freight operations, specifically focusing on exports from Asia to the US and Europe. This role requires expertise in handling EDI incidents and a strong background in 3PL operations. 3-5 years of work experience within 3PL required

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate sea freight shipments from Asia to the US and Europe.
• Manage EDI incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
• Handle documentation and compliance related to international shipping.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of work experience in 3PL, with a strong focus on sea freight operations.
• Experience with exports from Asia to the US and Europe.
• Proficiency in managing EDI incidents and troubleshooting issues.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
