Senior Legal Counsel (M&A)

Our client is an expanding fintech company in the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for cross-border investments and partnerships of the company.
• Lead legal due diligence, contract negotiation and deal execution
• Work closely with internal teams including investment, finance, and business.
• Manage and coordinate with external counsel.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of experience in M&A transactions.
• Experience with investments in financial services, fintech or technology industries are preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
