Technical Business Analyst, contract

Responsibilities:

• Conduct studies on user requirements, analyze and design systems, and enhance system functionalities
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to plan solutions and deliver technical support activities
• Oversee the implementation of critical IT systems essential to the firm's business operations
• Engage in system development, testing, training, system rollout, documentation, maintenance, and support

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus
• Over 5 years of experience in IT service provision
• Demonstrate extensive expertise in project and vendor management
• Practical development experience or knowledge in areas such as Enablon, Sphera, .NET, .NET Framework, Objective-C, Swift, JavaScript & RDBMS like MS SQL Server, Microsoft Azure Cloud, virtualization, Agile software development practices, Scrum, DevOps, API-based application integration, and familiarity with design thinking.
• Hold professional certifications in ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ScrumMaster, DevOps, or related fields.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
