Perform and configure integration for Oracle Fusion, OIC & OCI related PasS & SaaS
Perform Oracle Cloud Platform related backup and restore
Perform Oracle Cloud Platform & integration systems monitoring
Collaborate with internal teams for the OCI & Oracle related SaaS & PaaS system changes arrangements
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for OCI & Oracle related SasS & PaaS solution planning, service delivery, technical support and performance tuning activities
Create and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting procedures
Participate in system deployment, system cutover/rollout, documentation, maintenance and support
Requirements:
A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines preferred
5 years or more of experience in a technical support and preferably in a complex IT environment
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components, systems, and advanced troubleshooting techniques
