You will play a pivotal part in spearheading external audits, conducting thorough financial analyses, crafting compelling business cases, and engaging with key stakeholders from a prominent private equity firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead external audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and present business cases to facilitate informed financial strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from a private equity firm to address financial inquiries.
- Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Implement and oversee internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in external audit, financial analysis, and business case development.
- Prior experience in a MNC or working with private equity investors is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required for this position.
