Role Overview:
We are seeking Product Owners with a passion for creating seamless digital experiences in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will drive the development and continuous improvement of customer-centric products, such as online booking platforms, mobile applications, and digital enhancements aimed at improving the overall customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in the healthcare industry being a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the product lifecycle for customer-facing digital solutions, focusing on the online booking platform, mobile applications, and other digital enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and operations, to define product vision, strategy, and goals.
- Conduct market research and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Develop detailed product roadmaps and prioritize features and updates to align with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the product delivers a superior user experience and meets customer needs.
- Manage the product backlog, creating and refining user stories, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Track product performance, gather insights, and drive continuous improvements based on data and customer feedback.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to ensure alignment and buy-in for new features and product enhancements.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of product management processes, including Agile methodologies.
- Experience with digital product development, particularly in customer journey optimization, online booking systems, and mobile applications.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable product strategies and prioritize features based on customer needs and business value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous product improvement.
- Passion for enhancing the customer experience and delivering innovative digital solutions.
