Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer due diligence processes, with a focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) compliance.
• Manage investor onboarding, ensuring accurate completion of KYC and due diligence assessments.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments, administer reviews, and support supplier onboarding systems (Felix).
• Review and contribute to quarterly compliance reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with governance risk and compliance system processes, identifying gaps, and supporting administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, IT, investor relations, and fund management teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a compliance team, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in AML/KYC processes and privacy impact assessments.
• Hands-on experience with supplier onboarding systems such as Felix or similar tools, and AML systems like Accurity.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with colleagues and external teams without micromanagement.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
