Excellent opportunity to be part of the Operational Technology Cyber Program, where they are dedicated to enhancing the security and efficiency of their network maintenance, engineering, and maintenance operations. They are in the process of building a dynamic team to drive significant momentum in our projects leading up to June 30, 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the integration of advanced cyber security tools and operational technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and lead stakeholder workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and prepare comprehensive documentation, including a traceability matrix, to secure stakeholder endorsement.
- Monitor the traceability matrix to ensure compliance with endorsed requirements, escalating issues as they arise.
- Facilitate workshops to develop RACIs, effort estimations, and Operational Readiness Plans for in-scope products.
- Build and maintain critical relationships with stakeholders, peers, and team members to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Provide accurate advice on identified issues and solutions, supporting and enhancing Program and business processes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a successful Business Analyst in cyber security and/or technology projects within an engineering environment.
- Strong background with SIEM (required).
- Previous experience with Operational Tehnology.
- Familiarity with SpiraPlan and other standard Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tools, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Visio, and Jira.
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
