Operations Analyst

Our client is seeking a Payment Operations Analyst to join the dynamic Payment Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the seamless delivery of payment solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive payment operation projects across the region, including high-value and low-value clearing initiatives.
• Rollout and implement payment solutions within the branch, tailoring them to specific requirements. Act as the local point of contact for payment operations.
• Manage UAT processes, including test plan creation, execution, and defect resolution. Assist in defect management and issue escalation for smooth project delivery.
• Prepare management reports, identify risks, and provide solutions promptly. Analyze and optimize payment operation workflows to enhance efficiency.

Key requirements:

• Knowledge of ISO messaging, high-value/low-value clearances, and domestic clearance systems.
• A proven payments background, with experience in operations, testing, and UAT.
• Banking experience in a similar capacity. (mandatory)
