This is an opportunity for an experienced IT Support professional with a background in Windows server administration looking to work in a large and complex environment
12 month contract with a potential to extend
1-2 days in the office
Responsibilities:
- Respond to, triage and resolve support tickets, create and update support documentation and manage daily monitoring alerts
- Manage system monitoring and reporting
- Manage monthly patching processes using SCCM
- Helpdesk support using ITIL problem, change and incident management frameworks
- Liaise withe the users and stakeholders to resolve complex problems
Requirements:
- Experience in Windows server administration and associated infrastructure maintenance.
- 3-5 years' experience in helpdesk support and understandoing of helpdesk methodologies and workflows
- Operational experience with SCCM Patch Management, Dell iDrac and OMSS tools, SCOM alerts, and monitoring systems
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
