Data Security & Protection Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Data Security & Protection Team with guidance and coaching.
• Manage the Club's data security operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Define project goals and supervise projects related to virtual machines (VM).
• Help develop and implement new data protection solutions, including choosing vendors and creating a technology plan that fits the Club's cyber security strategy.

SKills Reqd.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of work experience, with 5 years focused on Data Security & Protection and team management.
• Strong knowledge of Data Security & Protection services and procedures.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with technologies like Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Encryption, and Cloud Security.
• Proficient in Chinese and English
