Overview
Join our dynamic sales team to spearhead business development in the specialized domains of business process outsourcing (BPO), print room, managed print services and mailroom services. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive operational efficiency for our customers. Success will be built on your ability to forge strong client relationships, showcase innovative solutions, and establish our services as essential to client success in streamlining their business operations.
The Role:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build and maintain a strong service pipeline, achieving at least two times the target for the field plan.
- Proactively engage with target accounts, offering consultative and solution-based selling approaches for Managed Services, including print room, managed print services, mail room, and BPO solutions.
- Conduct in-depth studies, site visits, and interviews to uncover client needs and challenges.
- Perform data analysis and financial evaluations to identify improvement areas and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored document and business process solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to C-level executives, showcasing value-driven results.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative approaches and client-focused strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends and enhance domain expertise in Managed Services.
- Share knowledge and coach team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in selling Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services or similar Managed Services or related software or solution background in Digital Transformation.
- Strong business acumen with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of SLAs and service delivery in a BPO or related environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to design and present impactful solutions.
- A team player with a passion for coaching and supporting colleagues to drive success.
