About the role
They are seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Performance & Rewards, to lead compensation and performance management initiatives, aligning with business goals to drive a high-performance culture. This role will develop and manage reward structures and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering talent retention across the region.
About the responsibilities
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance frameworks that align with business goals, guide managers, and support continuous improvement.
- Compensation and Rewards Strategy: Design competitive total rewards programs, oversee compensation cycles, and ensure policies align with market trends.
- Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct regular benchmarking to provide insights for talent attraction and retention, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Employee Engagement and Communication: Enhance engagement and retention through targeted rewards initiatives and clear communication strategies.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Measure program impact, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to senior management for decision-making.
About the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced certifications a plus.
- 7+ years in performance management and rewards within banking.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compensation trends.
- Skilled in data analytics, decision-making, and strategic communication.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and analytical tools.
