The Role:
As Senior Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue across the Southeast Asia region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government and military clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities in the defence sector.
What My Client Is Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A military background or significant experience in the defence industry.
- A proven track record in international defence sales, ideally in the Southeast Asia market.
- A deep understanding of government procurement processes and defence contracting.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge or experience in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or Drones will be highly advantageous.
