BPO Manager - Senior Manager

Senior manager to help grow the BPO practice of one of the fastest growing International consulting firms

Roles/Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery and management of finance and accounting outsourcing services (BPO) for clients across various industries.
• Lead a team, develop strategies to optimize service delivery, and ensure that clients' finance, accounting, HR, payroll, call center, etc. functions are efficiently managed, meeting their goals and compliance requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all BPO services.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology solutions to streamline finance and accounting operations, enhance productivity, and reduce costs for clients.

Required skills

• Strong experience with BPO for accounting, finance, payroll, call center, HR, or other similar areas
• Experience managing a team, P&L, and overall strategy
• Project management and account management

Preferred skills

• Experience working with Dalian is a plus
