Roles/Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless information flow between departments.
- Oversee critical projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to meet goals within timelines and budgets.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's schedule, organize meetings, and streamline daily operations for maximum efficiency.
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance productivity.
- Lead and support teams, promoting collaboration and aligning efforts with company objectives.
Required skills
- 7+ years in a senior role, ideally in strategic planning, consulting, or operations.
- Strong strategic, organizational, and project management skills, with experience in leading cross-departmental initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks and problem-solving, with a keen focus on achieving results.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English, with an understanding of multicultural dynamics.
