- Build trust with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions tailored to customer objectives.
- Update stakeholders regularly on project progress.
- Track account metrics and monitor platform usage.
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and enhance relationships.
Required skills
- Proven experience in client/account management, especially in brokerage or tech.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, including at executive levels.
- Ability to deliver client-centric solutions and manage multiple projects effectively.
