Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead the improvement of car buying and the promotion of the new auction business.
- Formulate and guide the technology strategy.
- Oversee product development and engineering team strategy.
- Manage and optimize technical debt.
- Transform the automotive industry's traditional, analog culture.
- Operate a platform enabling fair-priced transactions in the used car market.
- Oversee all development phases, including requirement definition, system design, scheduling, implementation, testing, and release.
Required skills
- Extensive experience as a CTO or Engineering Manager and experience across all phases of system development.
- Hands-on experience in both server-side and front-end development.
- Development experience in the internet industry, not just SI (System Integration).
Preferred skills
- Experience in building cloud architecture (GCP/AWS) and experience in UI/UX planning and development.
- Experience in modern application development.
- Experience using CI/CD systems.
