Lead electrophysiology development, supporting product innovations, collaborating with teams, and advancing technology in the APAC region.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Enhance expertise in electrophysiology technologies, including ablation and mapping technologies.
- Develop expertise in pulsed field ablation and support regional commercial partners.
- Support customer engagement programs at national/international congresses and preclinical studies.
- Facilitate collaborative research with academic institutions to advance EP products.
- Collect and analyze voice-of-customer feedback through networking with stakeholders.
- Monitor competitive activities by engaging with the field and KOLs.
- Provide input for product development and support global product development initiatives during trials.
Required skills
- Advanced Engineering Degree required; Master's degree minimum, PhD is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience with EP technologies, including mapping and ablation platforms.
- Ability to work independently across complex organizational boundaries.
Preferred skills
- Strong communication skills in Japanese & English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistics is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region.
