Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage office facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee workplace safety and compliance with local regulations.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and administrative tasks.
• Assist in planning and organizing internal events and communications.
• Handle general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required skills

• Prior experience in General Affairs or Administrative roles, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Japanese; basic English communication skills are a plus.
