Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to design and implement data analytics strategies
• Develop and maintain scalable data platforms to support real-time decision-making and business optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance metrics and actionable insights
• Oversee the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions
• Ensure data governance compliance and security across all analytics initiatives
• Provide training and mentorship to enhance the organization's data literacy

Required skills

• Extensive experience in data analytics business intelligence and managing large-scale projects
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and technologies such as Python SQL or Tableau
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment

Preferred skills

• Experience working in the FMCG or similar industries
• Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms and big data ecosystems
• Familiarity with Japanese and international business culture are a plus
