Roles/Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability and Gross Profit (GP) targets by collaborating closely with the sales team.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies with cross-functional teams to maximize commercial outcomes and product positioning.
- Establish and maintain KOL relationships to support strategic business execution.
- Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance market penetration and competitive positioning.
- Create and implement marketing and product launch plans, gaining management approval where required.
- Lead customer education initiatives and execute events to strengthen market presence and customer relationships.
- Gather market insights through customer visits and prospect interactions to inform strategy and decision-making.
Required skills
- Successful experience in healthcare marketing(minimum 3-5 years in a marketing role).
- Successful experience of convincing customers with value propositions of product and service among several competitors.
- Business Level English

- Design and organize conferences to drive market expansion through promotional activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in training internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute marketing plans using foundational marketing frameworks, from research to execution.
